Program Design
If you want to train on your own without a trainer, we will design a program for you to be sure you’re on the right track to reach your desired goals. This package includes one Fitness Assessment and one Personal Training Session to ensure you understand all of the elements of your program. We recommend you update your program every 6 to8 week.
Nutritional Counselling
Each consultation will begin with a questionnaire to help us understand your current eating habits. Those results will assist us in recommending healthier choices, that will ultimately initiate the health and physical changes you desire. Each follow up session will consist of a food log analysis where we can see what is and what isn’t working for you. Each session providesyou basic nutritional knowledge to empower you to eat healthier every day.

One thing that I have learned over time is that you can't buy a healthy lifestyle; you have to earn it through consistent hard work and dedication. This philosophy has made me an invaluable asset to all of my clients, family and friends.
I am driven and dedicated to helping you get the life, body and spirit that you always wanted to have but didn't know how to achieve. I want to be able to give you the tools to increase your strength, character and dedication not just in the gym, but extend it to every area of your life.

Tricia enjoyed playing many competitive sports including basketball, fastball, hockey, soccer, volleyball, swimming and track and field. At the University of Waterloo, she played on the varsity women's basketball team and completed her undergrad in Science. Summers were spent instructing various athletics at Muskoka Woods Sports Resort.
Upon graduating, Tricia joined Canada's largest fitness chain, GoodLife Fitness Clubs, where she worked as a personal trainer for 6 years. The knowledge gained from work experience, mentorship, additional education and personal experience eventually led to Tricia becoming a Level 5 personal trainer, which is currently the highest level of personal training available at GoodLife.
After becoming a mom, Tricia began to take a more serious look at nutrition and lifestyle factors as a compliment to her exercise programs. This search for knowledge lead her to the CHEK Institute where she is currently taking courses in "Corrective and High-Performance Exercise Kinesiology" and "Holistic Lifestyle Coaching." Tricia now works as an independent personal trainer and designs a customized program for each client based on their orthopedic profile, physiological load, metabolic type, and personal goals.
